We are excited that Chandra Lam Lucariello, Director of Mixology & Spirits Education Southern Wine & Spirits of Hawaii, will be joining us for Ka’anapali Fresh 2013. Chandra will be teaching how to make fresh organic cocktails at the Mixology class and has created a #KFresh13 Signature Cocktail. Here’s her special recipe!
- 2 oz Maui’s Own Organic Ocean Vodka
- 3 (1 inch) pieces of fresh ginger
- 3 Pineapple Chunks
- .75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- .5 oz Simple Syrup
- Handful Fresh Mint
- Club Soda
Method: Muddle mint with ginger and pineapple. Add lime, simple and vodka with ice. Shake and strain over fresh ice into highball. Top with club soda.
Garnish: Thin pineapple half moon and Mint Sprig with a Sugar Cane Stick.
